How to alter your subscription delivery date

Going on holiday or just built up a backlog of products? You can easily adjust your next shipment date through the ACCOUNT section. 

Firstly, log in to your account and head to the ACCOUN section in the top right hand corner.


Then head to the MY SUBSCRIPTIONS section on the left hand side



You will then have a list of all of your current subscriptions.

If you need your order to come earlier click on 'I'M RUNNING OUT

then on 'POST TODAY'.


If you want to pause your subscription for a little while, click on 'I HAVE TOO MUCH

select the period that is more suitable for you, then click on ' RESCHEDULE'.

 You should then see how many days you have left before the next dispatch right above your subscription, as shown in this picture:
