Going on holiday or just built up a backlog of products? You can easily adjust your next shipment date through the MY ACCOUNT section.
Firstly, log in to your account and head to the ACCOUNT section in the top right hand corner.
Then head to the MY SUBSCRIPTIONS section on the left hand side
You will then have a list of all of your current subscriptions.
If you need your order to come earlier click on 'I'M RUNNING OUT' then on 'POST TODAY'.
If you want to pause your subscription for a little while, click on 'I HAVE TOO MUCH' and select the period that is more suitable for you, then click on ' RESCHEDULE'.
You will be given the option to pause your subscription for up to 6 months. You should then see how many days you have left before the next dispatch right above your subscription, as shown in this picture:
If you wish to pause your subscription for more than 6 months, all you have to do is repeat the process.
For instance if you want to pause a subscription for one year, click on 'I HAVE TOO MUCH' then select 6 month, then click on 'RESCHEDULE' . You should see your next delivery date appear above your subscription, then click on click on 'I HAVE TOO MUCH' then select 6 month, then click on 'RESCHEDULE' again. Your subscription should now be paused for 1 year.
