Going on holiday or just built up a backlog of products? You can easily adjust your next shipment date through the MY ACCOUNT section.
Firstly, log in to your account and head to the MY ACCOUNT section in the top right hand corner.
Then head to the MY SUBSCRIPTIONS section on the left hand side
You will then have a list of all of your current subscriptions. Under the subscription you would like to change the date for, click on 'Pick Date' and select the date you would like your next order shipped on. Please bear in mind that it can take 2-3 working days to reach you from when it is shipped.
If you just want to suspend your subscription for the time being and don't know when you want to restart, simply click on 'Pause'. This stops your subscription being sent out for five years, so when you would like to restart it again, simply 'Resume' your subscription and it will restart that day for you.
