How do I suspend or bring forward my next subscription order?

Go to the FutureYou website and log in to your account.

Click on 'Account' on the top right hand side of the screen to access your account preferences.

In the list of options on the left hand side of the page click on 'MY SUBSCRIPTIONS'.

If you want to set the next delivery date of all of your subscriptions scroll down to 'CHOOSE NEXT DELIVERY DATE' and choose a delivery date. Once you have chosen a date click 'SET DELIVERY DATE'.

If you click 'SUSPEND' next to a specific subscription you will suspend the next order for 5 years. The option to 'RESUME' will then become available next to that subscription. When clicked it will restart the subscription immediately and an order will be generated on the same day.

If you have more than one active subscription and you only want to change the date of one online via your account unfortunately this option is not currently available but we are working on it! To make this change please email or call us on 01223 750 874.
